Effective July 1, 2020
My Quilt Buddy (MQB) does not collect or store any personal data about our customers in any database, list, website or any other domain under MQB's control. For purposes of app downloading and purchasing, we operate directly and exclusively through Apple, Inc.’s App Store. All transactions and customer feedback are through Apple, Inc. With respects to the MQB App, your account information is with Apple, Inc. and not with MQB. While MQB does not store any numeric value input by the user, the user's local device will store some numeric values for use the next time the app is launched. This is for the convenience of the user. Likewise, MQB has offered the ability for the user to DELETE any of the numeric values in all its calculators. Data stored locally by a user's device is controlled by the user on their local system and not by the MQB app.
COMMUNICATING DIRECTLY WITH MQB
Communication directly with MQB, outside of Apple's App store channel is not necessary or required. If you choose to correspond with MQB outside of established Apple, Inc. channels, you are doing so by your choice and independent of Apple, Inc's App Store. When you initiate a communication channel, email or otherwise, you are giving MQB permission to respond to you with the information you are requesting. MQB will not initiate a contact with any app user, outside of Apple, Inc App Store channels. MQB will respond to customer reviews via Apple, Inc.'s App Store. While we do not compile, use or sell a sender's email address in any way, other than to respond to direct inquiries, note that email is forever, and will reside on MQB's email server and ISP servers throughout the life of said servers.
